Question Navmesh Surface for Probuilder trapezoidal plane not getting baked.

How good do you think Probuilder is for prototyping / launching casual games?

    Hi - I am having problem baking navmesh surface on a probuilder generated surface. I have no problem baking the navmesh on a normal plane object - but the navmesh never gets generated on the probuilder generated trapezoidal plane . Both objects are on the same y-level(0) and have Navmesh Surface attached to them, but even when I hit "Bake" on the rapezoidal plane - only the square plane gets baked. Is there some problem with the Navmesh Data for probuilder planes, or is it because it is a trapezoidal instead of square? Please help.
    How do I get the trapezoidal floor baked?
