Navmesh / Character Animation Speed

    Navmesh is working great and my character animations are running fine but I'd like my animations to slow down when the navmeshagent is forced to slowdown.

    When a group of navmeshagents are all trying to move through a doorway for example, they take it in turns moving through and they all wait for each other or slow down as they merge.

    Can anyone suggest the best way to slow the animation speed as the character slows and then return to normal animation speed when the character is able to move forward at normal speed?
