Navigation Tab missing and all Nav mesh components are disabled

    So I just noticed that my Navigation tab was gone. I tried to bring it back by adding a window and it has disappeared there as well. Also, under Component>Navigation all of the nav mesh components are light gray and not clickable.

    How do I get it back?
