Nav Mesh Agent not covering model

    Hello!
    I have an NPC which uses the Nav Mesh Agent to move around. I updated the model of the NPC and copied everything from the test model to this model. Only issue is that the Nav Mesh Agent on the new model is in the completely wrong place!
    As you can see in the picture it should cover like it does on the red model but it doesn't! You can see that the Nav Mesh Agent of the new model (the one on the left) is on the right of it on the floor.
    How can i fix this?
    I tried setting an empty object with the nav mesh agent but this way the script won't reference it.
