Naruto Storm Cel Shading

One of the most beautiful cel shading i have ever see its from this game... i was wonder if something like this can be archived in unity, if so how do they manage to archive the effect, they even they added lines for the cloths fold!! not to mention a lot of details to the hair.

As for how they're doing it, more than likely it's achieved the same way it is in most games like it, a backface shell and some nice art.
