My unity Shuts down randomly

1 minute after i open unity it just shuts down automaticly ive tried unistalling and re installing but it keeps happening and i have the latest version of unity can someone help me.

 

Does this happen no matter what project you have open? Or just one project? If it's just one, there's probably a memory leak or something in that project's editor scripts.

If you open your system/activity monitor, can you see how much memory Unity is using? This sounds like a memory leak to me; if so, then you should see the amount of memory Unity uses gradually but steeply rise until it crashes.

 

it happens on all projects and i dont know how to check the activity/system moniter

 

That does happen in the Windows version. I always do my production on the Mac because Unity works perfect there.

You should check Editor.log / editor crash log to find out what's causing troubles.

+1 to this. I had this happening for a while and found out it was an editor plugin that for whatever reason broke the unity lighting baking
