My student code is invalid

I signed up for a unity student code and when I tried to enter the code, it said it was invalid. I have changed the numbers and letters to Xs but that is how the code i was sent was formatted. I'm not sure what I should do, I've sent a support email, is there much else to do?

 

Aside from any extras that might come with it the student license is the same as the personal license. If you just want to use Unity you can just start with personal and switch to student when the situation is resolved with support.

 

you can use Unity without student code, for further expectation, you should contact admin for help
