    Hello,
this is more like a general question about hardware/drivers, although it has to do unity in some way.
My screen blinks every time I'm editing in Unity's editor. Randomly but it's when I move and object or increase intensity on a light. I've noticed something strange: Changed my target platform back to PC/Linux (was on Android) and then started doing those stuff I was doing but luckily enough I had no flickers.. (Has to do that PC uses DX11 while android DX9 maybe?).

Here is how it looks like:

    Stuff that may be useful:
    • Unity 2018.2.6f1 Personal
    • Windows 10 Pro
    • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (driver version: 25.21.14.1722)

Any ideas what could I do?
    Thank you in advance!

Looks like a hardware issue. I'd suspect display, power supply, and video card in that order.

For anyone still trying to figure this out, try disabling G-SYNC, or setting it to "Enable for full screen mode" only in NVIDIA control panel:
