my recurring problem with unity

I use unity 5.6.3p1 32 bit to upload avatars to vrchat however since i resetted my pc to factory settings recently unity no longer lets me upload avatars the upload bar would show up but the percentage would stay at zero percent then it would say unity editor has stopped working and this has been happening ever since i resetted my pc and that was weeks ago i already contacted vrchat support they could not help i tried unity support they directed to ask someone in the forums for help so please tell me somewhere here can help me also in my in the console section of unity it keeps saying dllnotexception sqlite3.dll im not really sure why please inbox me if you have a solution to my problem its very frustrating
