My player's Character Controller has a huge radius

    FBX importer scaling at 1.0 in the inspector!

    Just a guess. Did you scale the character before you added the controller? I had similar problems with creating a ragdoll. I scaled the character before applying ragdoll and ended up with a huge collider that scaled up and down with my character. I re-did the ragdoll with the imported scale and then scaled it up and that worked.
    Lol (Update) I'm having the same problem, I can get the controller to the proper size, but when my character rotates, in moves to the side, arghh!!! :evil:

    Having just went through character controller nightmare's I can relate.Have you adjusted these setting? If your model is to small for the boundries of the scaling you might have to re-import your model at a larger scale, but you should be able to get it sized. You need to adjust height and radius.
