Discussion My organization has been banned by mistake.

    Hello!

    We are working from Ukraine and we have recently got the possibility to resume working on our projects. We have updated one of our applications on market and now there is some new content in it so the app started generating much more interest among users and new traffic. Last night our organization has been banned so our apps don't show UnityAds advertisings any more. Unity Support Team has just answered our request with a basic automatic-generated letter, where they accuse us in violation that we did not do.

    I guess somebody had already got the same problems so would you please help us to renew the access to our account?

    The Unity Support team should have asked you to submit the appeal form, which the fraud team will investigate your case and get back to you.

    This is our Invalid Activity Policy, and one of the most common mistakes might be you are using real ads during your game testing. I would suggest you add your Test devices to the Unity Monetization dashboard to prevent this issue in the future.

    Hello! Thank you for your answer!

    Yes, I had submitted this form and I got the letter on my email from Unity Fraud Team but it seemed to me as an automaticaly generated reply that unfortunately didn't help me as it is not related to my situation.

    As for Test devicers, I'm pretty sure that I didn't use real ads during testing. I think this issue could be caused by active growth of my aplication during last three days. Does it make sence or I'm wrong?

    Anyway, thank you for your attention to my problem!
