My character Rig is not working properly suddenly.

    I don't know what happened but something is broken, did not touch anything referent to the skeleton or stuff like that
    Here is what is hapenning

    then i just rotate the arm:


    The original imported model:




    so... What is ******* happening, i got no damn clue.

    EDIT: i know whats happening but idk how that happened.(The pivot point ¿You see?
