i already tried exporting a few times but my model looks like it's low poly in unity and
high-res in blender, i cannot export a model with cycles engine? also it's not exporting
    normal map too

    in blender with cycles

Your issue likely depends on how the model was created in the first place. You can't expect the Blender renderers' materials to do anything for you in Unity, it simply doesn't work that way. If the model doesn't actually have the geometry(and is faked by the renderer), the export won't have it in Unity. As far as normals...that's the same issue. You need to export actual texture maps, normals maps, etc... and then import those into Unity, and create Unity materials based off of those.

I don't think that unity uses cycles yet. If it did, then your model would look just as it looks in blender. Also, what kburkhart84 said above is true. Some renderers fake details on a model, and other renderers render the model exactly as it is.

I noticed that the door looks a bit dark, so add a light that points to the door, and see if the texture details show up.

Tip: Make sure your door model is properly UV unwrapped, before you export it into unity. Because sometimes if you don't do that, the textures would look weird and a bit blurry.

How do we do that? Please help me i am facing the same issue. I am downloading the assets from sketchfab then using blender to export the models to unity. I dont know what to do. I am applying textures to the materials as generated by unity, by clicking on the "EXTRACT MATERIALS" button, but they dont look the same.

You would have to be more specific about "doesn't look the same." It could be a difference simply due to the different renderers(in which case there is little you can do about it). You could be missing textures. You could have messed up normals. I have NO idea what issue you could be having. A picture is worth 1000 words.

The models on both images are exactly the same. The only difference is the renderer. Unity renderer is vastly different than cycles. If you want a better estimate of how it'll look like in Unity, switch blender over to using Eevee.
