I was wondering whether Unity4 is supporting multithreaded rendering wherever multi-cores are available ?

No, its desktop only, potentially even standalone desktop (not 100% sure on the state of the webplayer, flash until very recently didn't even have a concept of concurrency)

Ok so what could be the problem when I got standalone and I use only 1/4 power from cores? I got low fps becouse of that.

We have multithreaded rendering on Android since Unity 4.3. :) It's not enabled in the webplayer, though.

Did you try using the profiler? (requires Pro) It depends a lot on the project how much gain you get from multiple cores.

I'm checking cpu use at windows task manager.
Game don't want to use 100% cpu and gpu power I don't know why it work like that. Bootcamp use whole power source.

What does the profiler look like? What is taking the most time ? What fps do you have? Vsync Enabled?
