Multiple post processing behaviors

    The component has the DisallowMultipleComponent attribute. Is there a need for this, or can it be removed? I'm trying to accomplish image effects such as night vision, health being low, and so on. Multiple could be active at a time, and it doesn't seem ideal to try and modify one profile to combine multiple effects together.
