hello, i'm developing an application for Windows. i already shared it, it works perfectly on computers and tablets.

however, lately, i received a strange report from a Windows user. he said that the application is not launching properly, the operative system gets stuck. in order to close the process (Unity App), he want to open the Task Manager of Windows and terminate the process. still, there seems to be multiple instances of the application running in background - 6 of them. what the hell?

after some researches i read that some users fixed this issue by launching the application with Administrator privileges and/or in Compatibility Mode. so far, i activated the Player Settings Option called Force Single Instance; finally i recompiled the whole project to be executed on 32bits (previously i was running everything for 64bits). nothing changed. apparently that user cannot run the application anyway.

what's the problem? how can i fix this issue? why unity works perfectly anywhere except on that computer? is a problem related to computer's firewall or antivirus? maybe the user needs to download some third party tools/software (VC++ 2015)? i dunno. until now i never needed to suggest any extraordinary download library.

for developing purposes i needed to include UniZip within the project. UniZip is well known and works perfectly, at maximum you need to copy-and-paste I18N (*.dll) to fix some Expections. that's all.

please, help me to help that user.
    waiting for answers.

thanks ahead time for your attention and help.
