    This kit is nothing for beginners, because i am not providing any documentation.

    1. General

    • registration inside client via php
    • login to the game using the MySql database
    • creating and saving character to MySql
    • choosing character
    • "ID Factory"


    2. Character

    • sending keyboard press to server
    • moving character
    • Inventory
    • Equip/Unequip
    • Pickup Items/Drop Items
    • Stats with Regeneration
    • Death
    • "passive" Skills---> increase the hit chance and damage
    • Talents 2 of each class
    • Private Chat

    3. Npc

    • spawnig npcs from database
    • structure for AI to add easy diffrent AI behavior
    • sending status to client( hp, level)
    • die

    3.1 AI

    • Attacking event handler --> fires the attacking state
    • See player event handler
    • Not see player event handler
    • NothingToDo event handler---> clear events
    • Aggro state --> looking for player to attack
    • Moving to Spawnpoint state
    • Active state ---> active , random walk waiting of the player
    • Thinking state ---> thinking what ai state/handler to fire
    • Desires
    • Aggression desire --> will attack if he see the player
    • Attack desire
    • Move to target desire --> following a target (for attack or summon/animal control)
    • Move to Spawnpoint desire --> if to far away the npc will walk to his spawnpoint
    • Walk desire --> random walk
    • Diffrent controllers to handle the ai.

    - Talent effects were not always instantiated.
    - Player is no longer able to repeat the quest after relog/restart server
    - Banker is holding items after relog/restart server
    - Saving and autoequip after relog.

    It needs still some work and my todo list is a little bit long... can not say how much it will cost, because in some systems i am still in the idea phase :D

    Will this kit be exp based or gain use system like UO as per our discussion in your other thread??
    Will it have the skill editor we spoke about?
    And will it be generic enough to use in a futuristic game?

    It will have exp system, it is not easy to do a skilleditor, for each skill you need a script so at the moment i have no idea on how to do a generic skill editor, i will do first a quest system, maybe i have an idea for the skillsystem then. I will offer for every customer one hour for a custom script for free. So if the skills are not generic enough, i can make you 1-2 skills for your futuristic game and you can see on how to do it and make the rest of yourself.

    That would be great. Exp and skills/talents. I would love to have you do 1-2 of my skills then i would know how to add my own. I have a very difforent kind of game im looking to make and your kit seams like it would fit well. I did love your RPG starter kit i bought. the UO style is fantastic way to work one of those but this multiplarer I wanted a bit difforent.

    Wy do people even do that?
    You have to know this isnt a game at all as the title should show. I'm sure there is no one who will buy this kit and try to make another wow and sell it.

    Yes of course, but what is wrong with that? Talent trees will be something similiar to wow/diablo, too. I played wow 10 minutes and i do not like it, but some people do and if i can earn a little bit money for fun, i will of course do it :D

    Oh you wanted more feature idea's.
    Well a guild/team system would be nice. Also a party/raid system.
    A multi-player is all about socializing. Oh dont forget the difforent chat features.

    I see that you worked on a UO free shard. Were you planning on putting in pets or companions? I have been playing dragon age a lot lately and would love a companion system.

    No smartfoxserver2x is a third party program where you can create extensions for(game is not the server). You can find more info here.

    You have a gain in skills as you use them like UO system and now I see that you have put in talent tree's. Is that what you have the exp for? To gain in talent points? Lookis amazing BTW.

    Yes, but it will be more flexible, you can also setup, that a quest or other things give the player points to raise his talents. a preview video on talent trees will coming soon.

    Sorry but i can not model and i think most people who buy this kit, will make a medieval game. So a system like this must be done as a custom system.
