Audio Multiplayer 3D Audio Zones w/ Voice Chat

Hi, pretty new Unity developer here with a question. For reference, I'm using Unity 2017.2.

I need to create "private" audio zones within a large map that basically allow people within the zone to hear only each other, and people outside the zone cannot hear those within the zone, only those around them. This process should resemble real life as much as possible: very user-friendly.

I'm not sure how to approach this. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

There are a lot of ways, for references and choose yours, look for "unity sound occlusion" on google
