Multi-aim constraint is looking at opposite direction to source object

    So, I set up the rig using the animation rigging. the problem I am facing, my target constrained object is looking opposite to the target source object. which you can see below

    Did you export your source object from eg Blender? Just asking because I sometimes struggle with the export settings (Z forward) that can give your model an initial rotation that causes issues in Unity.

    Try to change Aim Axis to Z and Up Axis to Y
