I am new to unity running version Unity2019.3.4f1 with oculs rift S.

attached is an image of my project.

it contains ground level (200 mm above terrain) + 4 levels (height of each level is 20 meters)

i used mesh collider for all of the model files imported as obj.

i want to be able to do the following:

    1. step onto the ground level from my terrain (brown in colour)
    2. teleport myself between levels after stepping onto the ground level.
    3. move within the contour of the surface without falling off from the edge or from the cavities on each surface Capture.PNG
