Basically I have a mecanim supported character and separate mecanim animations for riding a bicycle (Ride Forward, Turn Left, Turn Right). Now I applied the animations very easily using an animation controller. The issue I know face is how to have the bicycle move with the animation.

For example when the character turns left, he slightly tilts to the left. If I add the bicycle as a child object it just stays in place and doesn't move at all with the animation.

I have made games with characters by themselves, but this is the first time I make one with the character and a separate model. Any ideas on where to start with this?
