Mouse movement not accepted outside unity window?

    Greetings,
    Having an issue with the mouse going out of focus of linux builds and within the editor, while rotating the character. On my macbook, if the mouse goes outside of the play window, I can continue to rotate freely. On Linux Mint 19.1, once the mouse hits the edge of the play window, rotation stops until the mouse moves back again. Is this a known linux issue? Any work arounds? I haven't found any way of detecting mouse acceleration without using Input.GetAxis("Mouse Axis") which seems to be the cause, once mouse x/y go beyond the bounds, it stops detecting changes.

    i'm having the same problem on Ubuntu 18.04 , and didn't find the solution yet
