Most wanted asset?

My team and I are looking to make some extra development money. While thinking of an asset to create we figure the best way to do this would be to ask the community.

So what would you guys like to see in a pack, it could be major scripting, models, animation, or both.

I don't think there's a single most wanted asset. I know latly there were a lot of mid-evil/dungeon assets released, so you might not want to compete with them... Maybe some fps-ish maps like the one in the Unity fps tutorial.
