    Hi there!

I'm about to record a course about Unity3D... and people could get confused as soon as Unity 2018.1 gets released.
I need to record all the lessons before the end of January.
When 2018.1 could, potentially, be released? Is my course I doomed to be obsolete as soon as I end up recording it?
Even a hint about the release date could help me in the decision.

If you don't want to give official dates is fine, but if you've got even a vague idea, please PM me and delete the thread.

I'm even considering to use the beta 2 for the course. It may not be stable but the students won't get confused by several interface changes.

But, when the course is going to get published (end January), Unity2018.1 could still be a beta, and that could backfire, since most people are reasonably not willing to begin a project with a beta version.

I can even sign an NDA to get such info.

Sorry for making this question - Google didn't help me figuring the question out.

    Could you please help me?

    Thank you :)

The website domain does not change what their brand usage guidelines say. Its still important to respect them.

Completely abandoning the old domain would be problematic because a great number of third parties link to it.

What if it would just redirect to the new domain?

For the most part it does.

    Original question was already answered.

Not the place to discuss this. Please keep things beta related.
