Most current Unity-Blackberry version

What version of Unity has the most current version of the Blackberry target?

Unity 5.1.4
Released: 6 Oct, 2015

Unity 4.7.0
Released: 17 Dec, 2015

E.g. looking at the release notes of 4.7 it states:

• BlackBerry: Fixed crash that would happen with some projects on the Passport after consecutive runs (670282).

Is this also contained in 5.1.4?
We are still on 4.6 and get freeze/crash reports quite often. But due to the high amount of improvements e.g. Windows Store is seeing in 5.x, we are thinking of upgrading to 5.x ... unless this will be a setback for Blackberry.

Hmm ... just read that 4.7 is the same as 4.6.9p4.
No sign of BB fixes in the patch-release notes until 4.6.9p1 which is from October 28th.

Can anyone confirm this?
