Morph controls in Unity: How do I set them up the way I would like them to work?

    I want to generate Morph controls much like what I am familiar with in DAZ Studio. I work with that software a lot but when working with Unity I am at a loss to understand the Morph sliders in Unity.

    I am adding an image of what I am working with and what I actually want.
    Can anyone help me to understand this and how to change it or direct me to a tutorial that will help me get to the desired results I am trying to achieve?

    I have an FBX file of the character that has 4 LOD's, LOD0-4.
    Would there be anything I would need to do there?
    I am new to all this so I would appreciate as much detailed information and explanation anyone can provide.
