more than 2 weeks no stats showing

Hey so its been more than 2 weeks now and I know there have been downloads of the game and the game is being played by people because the google play leaderboard is being populated. But the stats are still showing 0 ad starts and nothing is coming up under impressions. I have attached the screen shot below. Can someone please help me because this is my first game and I am really new at this. thanks.

 

It`s probable some UnityAds problem , we have same problem.
Try to start ads on your phone a few times , wait 1-2 hour , and check again. If Ads start count is update , possible players not starting ads , if not , contact support.

 

Have you double-checked that you have the Unity Ad IDs correct and have turned off test ads? I've made both mistakes before now

I have the same problem, stats are not updated for all my games since last week.

 

Problem has been resolved by clearing cookies.

 

my problem also solved, turns out developer forgot to move the ads from testing to actual game.
