The "simple" volumetric cloud profiles save a lot of time, but some of the blending could be better. I am using 2022.1.1f1 with HDRP 13.1.8.

The simple profiles (sparse, cloudy, overcast, etc) are great to have (I just want clouds! don't make me think!) but blending between them with weights does not always work well. For example, I want to blend from a nice day, to a bit cloudy, to getting darker, to overcast - changing weather. So I tried to use weights to blend from say cloudy to overcast, or cloudy to stormy, but as soon as the weight is non zero, the sky all gets filled in. E.g. Cloudy (pri 0) with override of stormy (pri 1) with weight 0.

With weight of 0.01 (and higher).

It would be nice if these profiles could use weights more nicely to cross blend so you can get a more gradual change.

They improved the blending in 2022.2. (HDRP 14+) In that version all the presets are based on the same data.
