Feature Request More precise versioning of URP

    After many months using 14.0.3 (with several small modifications), an upgrade to editor version 2022.2.0b10 from 0b9 spawned numerous errors. Upon investigating, the latest version of URP for 2022.2 was still officially 14.0.3, but there had been many changes. Please consider either incrementing the version (i.e., to 14.0.4) or adding a build number (i.e., 14.0.3.12) so that,

    1. It would be obvious when Unity has made changes, fixes or improvements.
    2. It doesn't look like Unity hasn't been making any changes, fixes or improvements.
