More often than not, Unity will sit and run the CPU while not doing anything at all

    Hello,
As mentioned in the title, most of the time after having hit play or compiling, etc, once everything is done doing what it needs to do, my CPU ends up just going on about it's business as if the game were still being played, or it was still compiling. Very rarely it will actually settle down and stop running the CPU, but it is not often.

I had been noticing this occurring not only on 2019.2.0f1 and 1f1, but it was happening in 2019.1.13f1 and I believe quite a few versions prior as well.

The below pic I just took, Unity has been simply sitting in the background for the last 30 minutes or so and I have not done anything with it minus having alt-tabbed to it once or twice while doing some other things.

The one below that is a shot of the editor profiler.

    Thanks,
    -MH

I believe I have narrowed this down to being more of a Rider issue than Unity. Looks like it may have to do with Riders interaction *with* Unity, so I have a report in with Jetbrains.
