Moon Terrain
This environment package is ideal for your adventure missions on desktop platforms. It is highly configurable and the assets look perfect from close up making it ideal for first person games. The Unity terrain blends seamless into a low poly surrounding mesh, which in turn blends seamless into a terrain baked onto the skybox to create the feeling of an endless landscape of mountainous dunes.

Geology: Lunar Terrae
This pale lunar terrain is formed nearly exclusively by the process of bolide impact and cratering. These older lunar highlands have preserved a long history of collisions in which rock is pulverised, thrown out as ejecta, and deposited as successive layers of the soft lunar regolith.

Rocks:
A set of 21 rocks and boulders. These are volcanic and sandstone rocks and works well on mountainous parts of your scene. All rocks are low poly with multiple LODs and mobile ready with high res textures in case you need close up approaches.

Geology - Rocks Volcanic: Rhyolite, Rhyolitic lava, Cinder cone, Cinter, Volcanic Tuff
These fresh volcanics have erupted from a nearby young cinder cone. Their high silica content making them very viscous and sticky, they tend to be found in clusters, clumps, and 'bombs' when they are ejected at high temperature and explode on impact. Light shades of early mineral alteration now speckle their rugged surface.

Props:
A set of game ready props modelled to create an adventure atmosphere. The ruins you find are a space car, a satellite and a dome. All props are low poly with multiple LODs and mobile ready with high res textures in case you are targeting high end devices.




Multiple terrains:

It looks like an editor script slipped into the custom LOD DLL

We will update the asset store version but this may take a while to get approved by Unity.


In the meantime this package will fix the issue:

There's hardly any sales on this item. Must be a niche item. If it made a profit we'd be keen to push out updates and improvements.

I am getting few errors please do resolve.


I am using Unity 2021.1.7f1

 

What rendering pipeline am i supposed to use?

 

For now please use the standard pipeline. We are working on a URP and HDRP version.

 

URP and HDRP support has been added. Please upgrade your package.

 

Can I check is this item a singular terrain or does it contain all the needed assets to create your own unity terrains ? I.e. the textures needed to paint your own Unity terrain surfaces ?

 

It is a singular terrain that has been pre designed with accurate moon terrain surfaces. You can modify it using Unity's terrain tools.
