MonoDevelop not typing accents

I've updated my Unity to version 4.1.5f and I notice that in MonoDevelop I'm unable to type accent. For example, when I try to type "ê", the editor type "e".

I'm able to copy the accented letters from other applications and paste in the MonoDevelop normally.

It's only me that is having this issue or anyone else is having it too?

Edit: When I copy from other applications, I notice it was not display correctly on the GUI, so I opened the script in the Notepad++ and the Encoding was set to "UTF-8 without BOM". Converting to UTF-8 it was displayed correctly. Is there a way to change the encoding in MonoDevelop?

It is reproducible. I've created a bug (#567615).

One possible workaround to get accents working on MD is described here (see picture bellow):
