Mono Develope's old dark theme for Visual Studio

Hey guys, so I was finally updating to the newest version, after having the 2017.4.13 for all those years. I just adore the old monodevelop dark theme and I was so sad, that VS didn't offer a similar one (nor did I found good ones anywhere else) Sooo I took the time and made it myself.
Sadly not everything could be translated from MD to VS, but it's close enough.
I know some people miss the color scheme, that's why I am sharing this with you guys as well!
