Bug Modifying highdefinition package

    Modifying highdefinition package by first storing into Packages folder causes error if the code is modified.
    It says that HDRP versions differs and deletes pipeline settings causing errors (Couldn't load default editor HDRP pipeline settings) and nothing renders.
    The modified package is fine, it works while I do it in editor and worked fine in previous non alpha versions. Errors appear after restarting unity.
