First of all let me tell you that this bathroom pack looks absolutely gorgeous. Too bad is too realistic to use in my games but hey maybe i can make a "realistic spa simulator" .

What i'd really like to get is the "Space Shuttle" asset so if you still have a voucher for this please send it to me.

Hmm ... I already have your Toony Props: Classic Old Safe and Animated Submachine Gun Pack. It's always a good idea to have a few sticks of dynamite, a bag of cash, and an old "typewriter" around.

I have your Modern Bathroom on my wish list, as well as the Space Shuttle, Marine Helicopter, and Vintage 1920s Candlestick Phone.

If I can have a voucher for any of those, I'd go with Modern Bathroom first, and if that's not available, then on down the list.

(Unfortunately, I have no Facebook or Twitter. Sorry!)

My idea for the bathroom items is to allow players to make home settings for their characters, and this would include designing their own bathrooms if they wish! (And you know they will.)

This bathroom looks great. I have a plan to make a simulation game that takes place at a hotel, mostly at bathroom arena. I believe this asset will be the great core for that. I have two suggestions for the update on Modern Bathroom that is coming sometime soon.

1) Maybe some or all of the models can be made to take advantage of Unity 5's PBS. That would look nice!

2) If it's not too much trouble, maybe the JS coding could be changed to C#, as it seems C# is now the standard language for Unity.

I have a "space" project. I see your Marine Helicopter is great. Very well modelled with optimized polycount, while the textures are perfectly fine. In my design, I have a scene / level where a Helicopter need to be controlled by the player to shoot. But, I don't want the heli just launch the missiles without animating the weapon holder. That' s why I think Animated Submachine Gun Pack behavior would be the suitable package as it has animated controlled gun, and should be easy to implement it to the weapon holder of the Helicopter.

If you still have voucher for Animated Submachine Gun Pack and/or Marine Helicopter (Animated), that would be great and much appreciated!

Also we are releasing a more advanced version of the MBPRO editor features as a new asset. Your thoughts around this would be much appreciated!

 

Aside from changing the script language to C# for MBPRO and other Tidy assets, what I was thinking was "Wouldn't this MBPRO editor script be a nice thing to adapt so it could be used during runtime using uGUI? Then my players could place their amenities on the ceilings, walls, and floors of their own bathrooms."

 

Had a lovely surprise logging on with a nice voucher awaiting me in my mailbox for the Bathroom Set. Looking through them they are very well created and nicely detailed, with so many variants of each unit type.

As hopeful said above a run-time version of the MBPRO editor would make a fantastic feature.

 

Excellent idea to make it work with uGUI. Actually the Modern Bathroom package is based on a 3D bathroom designer we build way back when unity was at version 1.0

 

Just wanting to comment on my pleasant surprise at the quality and superb thinking which has gone into these models.

Thanks also to the author's generosity in giving these assets for free to many people.

My thoughts on the Space Shuttle - Orbiter Legacy Asset :

After downloading this asset, I was expecting a model like the stiff, one-piece space shuttle that I built out of foam, as a child, But I was Wrong.

This high quality model has the curves and the looks to make your 3D environment artist friends blush with envy.
It also comes with the controller script and is modular, so that you can create a convincing and realistic game/scene/3D film with it, since the controller script really brings it to life!

Can't wait for the landing gear and interior to be completed! It'll really solidify this as a AAA-class model, ready for use!

I also have the privilege to have the Vintage 1920s Candlestick Phone asset in my collection for use with projects.

This asset has been carefully thought-out and accurately depicts the telephone style from the 1920's era.

It comes with 3 completely different versions, and I can imagine it for use with scenes for building/interior screenshot purposes, or cartoon-style games, or AAA games with an old-fashioned style.

The whole model is modular, so you can even use the individual parts of the phone (Broken phone, smashed on the floor, anyone? )

Additionally, the demo scene allows you to quickly see what the different options are and allows your imagination to take over, in just how many ways you can use this great asset!

Highly recommended! Don't leave your project without it!

BTW, Too Tidy also has a very nice looking Detailed Radio Tower model and Lounge Chair.

If you need a modern, realistic style, the Radio Tower looks like it is the best in the store, and the Lounge Chair is pretty spiffy too.

I don't know what you should make next, but I look forward to the MBPRO update and the possibility of using the placement tool in runtime. Personally, I could use some bank vault doors, but I might end up doing that myself.

Hmm ... I haven't thought that far ahead, as to specifics, but probably something along the lines of a realistic, basic bank vault door not tied to any particular place or era, and after that maybe some variations, like an 1800s one, a few different modern ones (especially different degrees of strength), and maybe some high tech / futuristic ones.

In other words, one need is to fit the art to the scene (older, modern, futuristic). Another need is to have variety (round, square, rectangular, manual / digital, etc.). Another need is to be able to give the player an idea of increasing value of the bank by increasing the strength / difficulty of the vault door.

All of the doors must be able to swing open on their frames, even though probably most of the time players will break them open.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no bank vault doors in the asset store. I have no idea how many people might buy such an asset.

@TOO TIDY STUDIOS, Two things come to mind that would be good to provide to show off this new update.

One: list / show the new models added to the kit.

Two: make a demo showroom for the forum thread and your own website that uses physically based shading. If you don't have access to Unity 5, I suggest doing it in either Skyshop (if you have it) or Lux (which is free, but use the updated version from github not the ancient version in the asset store). The current demo shows the bathroom in what looks to me to be more of an illustrated style, and I think people would love to see what it is like with all the gloss and metallic effects you get from PBS.
