Models used for Hand Presence in UnityXR pop out of existence when close to the camera?

So I have a Blend file that I'm using to make the animations for this model that I'm using as the hand presence prefabs for UnityXR.

My issue is that the imported model's fingers will randomly pop in and out of existence if they're too close to the face. Not in the "cut in half/culled" kind of way, just completely pop in and out as a unit. The VR camera has it's culling when near to the lowest value, so nothing should disappear like that, and I don't know why, but models that I import instead as fbx files don't do this, it's just the Blender model that Unity imports. (and a plane on another fbx that was added in Unity later, that one does the same thing)

Does anyone know how to stop this blipping in and out from happening? It's majorly distracting for me and I know it will be for players too. Thx!
