Model Target Generator gives a message "Service not available now. Please try again later"

Hi, the Model Target Generator application does not open up and gives the message "Service not available now. Please try again later" always. I've spoken to the IT department of the company that I work for and they've asked me if there's a website or something else that needs to be white listed. Please let me know, Thanks!

 

Are you still seeing this issue? We had some maintenance over the weekend that may have caused this outage for you.

 

Yes, I've downloaded the latest version 7.1.31 and it still shows the message "Service is not available. Please try again later".

 

The latest version we have available is 7.2.20. Can you download that version and see if it still encounters this issue?

 

This shows the same message as well. I'm assuming there's nothing I need to do except for running the application(this is a very silly question, but now I want to make sure there's nothing wrong on my part).

 

You only need to run it, nothing else. I'll try to get more information on this. Are you running behind a proxy or firewall of any sort? Could you also direct message me the email address associated with your account?
