Model not moving back

I have no problem to move the model with mecanim but once reach destination i trigger an animation to move back after an attack but the transform position doesnt move at all, just makes the animation of going back but the position doesnt change, however moves forward without problems. Thought could be cause the navmeshagent making it move to the destination but set updateposition to false and still doesnt move back, any ideas?
