Question Mod? Cant wait a week, please help with licence/Serial number.

I am at my wits end.

I am finding it near impossible to activate a licence. I have been a paying member for over 5 years so I am on the old system of activation (e.g. help article do not help as it asks for the below information - Serial Key seems impossible to get as well)




I have had to update my mac (new machine), and have been directed to request information through support (zen desk). The turn around is 7 days for licence, I really cant wait that long.

Is there a way to help me?
