MoCAP Animation / Hair / Character Model / Clothing In Unity

What is the best motion capture utility within unity... We are developing a game where a user can cloth and accessorize a character, and that character will follow preset animations in different environments. Think about a model walking a catwalk but the user can choose the clothes. Our plan is to create the character model in Blender, import into unity, add groomable hair and then create the motion capture animations.
