    Good day!
Just want to apologize for my English. (This is an automatic translator, which I will correct).

When I baked shadows in a new Unity 5.1, I have reached a sufficiently high quality results. But I was very upset when switching to the Android platform. The Lightmap quality deteriorated significantly, to not look presentable.

I could be wrong, but in versions 4.x never happened and Lightmap quality is not deteriorated.

Just want to point out that baking is very long. With it's always different, sometimes quickly, sometimes very slowly. As strange behaves the size of the Lightmap maps, it ranges from 0.8 mb to 16mb that for mobile platforms is also a critical parameter.

I would like to know what's wrong with the new Lightmap or what am I doing wrong?

    Attach screenshots.

This looks like compression difference on Android. Try unchecking Compressed in Baked GI

You could try different compression types of Android
