Mmm... courseware videos seem to be broken

    Hi, everyone,

    Karena from the Education team here. We released an update for the Courseware last night, and several users have been reporting this white screen loading issue since the update. It appears to be a caching issue, and can usually be resolved by clearing your browser cache. In some browsers, you may need to close and relaunch your browser and clear your browser cache prior to re-accessing the Unity Certification LMS.

    If clearing your browser cache does not work for you, please e-mail certification@unity3d.com about your issue so we can keep you updated with any new solutions.

    @Chornyy Glad to hear it! :)

    We pushed another update for the update on Friday, so users should no longer be encountering the issue with the white screen after loading the Courseware. No browser cache clearing is necessary now.
