    Hi everyone,

    Release 3 of #MLAgents is out! We’ve added a new Python Environment Registry and simplified mlagents-learn. See release notes below

    I think you forgot to change the readme. It still says "Our latest, stable release is Release 2." and links to the old documentation, which has the wrong config files in the tutorials.

    Dears, is it possible to clarify about versioning? release 3 is 3.0 or is 1.3 or 1.0.3 ? when i import the package i got a 1.1.0 version. Thanks !!!
