Missing scripts on prefab after SVN Update

Every now and then when we do an Update on our SVN we have a problem with 1 of our prefabs. All of the Unity UI scripts magically disappear from this prefab (our own scripts all remain intact). This only seems to happen with this specific Prefab and happens seemingly random.



The only way we found out to fix this is a complete reimport of the project. (deleting the prefab and then pulling it off the server again doesn't work, reimporting that prefab doesn't work either).

Does anyone know how to fix this without spending yet another 2 hours watching a loading bar?
