[Missing reference] on Addressables

    Hi I have a project with addressables:

    I loaded in another computer I'm getting this [Missing Reference]

    Why my project was not loaded? shouldn't uniy aumatically loads the project?

    Make sure you got everything you need copied over. The above issue happens if you fail to copy any of the .meta files over. Without copying them over, Unity will automatically create new .meta files and they will be different and not linked up.

    The safest way to copy a project is using source control properly configured to capture ALL the necessary files, including meta files. Those files are not optional.

    Personally I use git because it is free and there are tons of tutorials out there to help you set it up.

    Thank you very much guy.
    Indeed you were right, the problem is that there was a problem on git .ignore files, that were ignoring some .meta files

    This happened to me when i changed the settings of AssetGroupTemplate named "PackedAssets". I dont know if its okey to create another one by copy-paste method :D
