Same here. This is totally crazy. The menu item is just not there after upgrade to this version from 2020. Does anyone know what to do. I can't believe this is even possible. URP.

Thay changed its place in the menus, you will find it in:

    Window/Rendering/Render pipeline converter

This should work for current and all future versions of Unity to upgrade your shaders.

Go to the 'Upgrading your shaders' page in the documentation. Currently this is at:
    https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/c...ersal@10.3/manual/upgrading-your-shaders.html

There is a dropdown in the upper left navigation area. Pick the version of Unity you are using, if it isn't there, pick the the lower one that is between your version and the next highest displayed.

Example: If you are using version 2021.3.14f1, you would pick URP 12.1 because the displayed Unity version is 2021.2.0b15+ and the next one above it is 2022.1.0a8.
Note: These numbers are what is currently displayed at this time and may change but you should be able to figure it out with the given example.

Follow the directions for the chosen version. Done!
