Third Party Mirror not connecting

    I am trying to make a multiplayer plane fighting game. When any client try's to connect to my ip nothing happens. When they disconnect however it shows the client id and then says client disconnected. When i connect to my ip through local host nothing happens. Why is this. I am using my ipv4 address to connect to my server. Has this changed?
