Third Party Mirror across computers wont work

I'm using Mirror for unity and it works fine on the same PC but when I use different computers it wont connect, any help?

yes I have, it doesn't seem to work, when ever I put my IP as the network address it seems to be fine, but when I click on "host server & client" it says that the client address is localhost.
