Migrating the entire team to plastic and our cloud project does not show up in unity hub

I'm unable to view all the cloud projects through unity hub. I just deleted an older folder on my local machine which used to contain the cloud project. Some of the cloud projects are visible (greyed out) but the project I'm trying to pull a fresh copy of does not. This happens on occasion but usually deleting the folder locally allows it to show up. We are migrating the ENTIRE TEAM to a plastic repo so it's quite ironic that Unity Hub would not allow an admin to access the project. Is there another way to access the unity project through the website?

I've loaded the latest Unity Hub. It still doesn't show up. Unity Hub.2.4.3.

I can go to my organizations website from the editor and see 2 cloud projects. When I open Unity Hub with the same login I see 1 project.
