I am attempting to update Vivox to the latest version and am running into issues related to the migration to Unity Services.

My game is already live and has active players. Do I now need to switch over to new credentials? Does any of the data from the developer portal port over? Do I need to get re approved for production by Vivox?

Hello, sorry to hear you are having some challenges with the migration.

Yes, you will need to switch to your Unity credentials for the Unity dashboard.

No, all reporting data associated with the old issuer key remains in the developer portal.

No, you do not need to get re-approved.

There is only 1 set of credentials required for the Unity dashboard. Be aware if you are using the sandbox and production credentials to separate any development testing from production, you will need to adjust your code to accommodate this.

Feel free to reach out again if you have any other questions at all.
